Description

Met deze aanbesteding wil de aanbestedende dienst blijven beschikken over een adequate, veilige, betrouwbare en goed presterende ICT-infrastructuur, waarin haar medewerkers vlot en veilig kunnen werken. In het kader van het hybride werken moeten zij zowel thuis als op kantoor op een veilige manier toegang hebben tot hun applicaties en bestanden. Alle noodzakelijke applicaties en noodzakelijke dienstverlening worden op een eenvoudige / overzichtelijke manier ter beschikking gesteld. De ICT-omgeving wordt goed beheerd zodat deze altijd up-to-date en veilig is en een maximale uptime heeft. Tijdens de uitvoering van de overeenkomst hebben de gemeenten de volgende doelen: • Een stabiele IT-omgeving die veilig en vertrouwd de mensen een toekomstbestendige digitale werkplek biedt. • Gemeente hoeft in haar opdrachtgeversrol slechts beperkt inhoudelijk deskundig te zijn. • Dienstverlening op functionele uitvraag met een interne eigen servicedesk dicht tegen functioneel beheer aan • We willen de werkplek zien als een nutsvoorziening die je zo veel mogelijk inkoopt. • Het Applicatielandschap is een strategisch onderdeel en daarom onder eigen regie en beheer. Met één leverancier wordt een overeenkomst aangegaan. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van minimaal 4 jaar en maximaal 14 jaar. De ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is de datum van ondertekening (medio december 2026). De start van de initiële looptijd van 4 jaar is tussen 1 mei en uiterlijk 1 juli 2027. Dit is tevens de datum van live-gang van de ICT-prestatie. De overeenkomst kan na de initiële looptijd nog vijf (5) keer verlengd worden met steeds twee (2) jaar.
