Description

Met deze Opdracht wil Avans de cyberweerbaarheid van de organisatie verhogen. Binnen Avans wordt er op verschillende vlakken gewerkt aan het verhogen van deze veerkracht. Zo zijn er ook al business continuïteitsplannen op andere vlakken zoals voor gebouwen, evacuatie van personeel in noodgevallen, etc. Een Business Continuïteit -en Disaster Recovery Plan voor de waardeketens onderwijs, onderzoek en bedrijfsvoering voor minimaal 1 Avans entiteit (een academie, een onderzoekseenheid en een diensteenheid) een Business Continuïteit Plan. Uitwerken en implementeren waarbij alle waardestromen binnen deze waardeketens (totaal 17) worden meegenomen. De opdracht omvat het leveren van Programmamanagement en -consultancyservices rondom het inrichten van bedrijfscontinuïteitsmanagement en Disaster Recovery in het geval van een Cyberattack leidend tot (langdurige) uitval van ICT dienstverlening.
