Description

Dit betreft een Europese aanbesteding voor het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één deskundige partner voor de technische ontwikkeling, uitbreiding, integratie, ondersteuning en het beheer van het SAS-Dataplatform. De opdracht omvat het verder professionaliseren van het dataplatform, het realiseren van veilige en toekomstbestendige koppelingen met diverse bronsystemen, en het ondersteunen van Opdrachtgever in datagedreven werken. De raamovereenkomst heeft een initiële looptijd van drie jaar, met de mogelijkheid tot twee keer één jaar verlenging. Hiermee beoogt WSRL een duurzame samenwerking die bijdraagt aan stabiliteit, schaalbaarheid en doorontwikkeling van het dataplatform. Zie aanbestedingsleidraad voor de inhoudelijke beschrijving. De Algemene waterschapsinkoopvoorwaarden voor diensten (AWVODI-2018) zijn van toepassing. Voorwaarden van de Inschrijver of andere algemene voorwaarden worden uitdrukkelijk van de hand gewezen. De Inschrijver dient zich volledig aan de door Waterschap Rivierenland gestelde voorwaarden te conformeren. Door het doen van een inschrijving gaat de Inschrijver daarmee akkoord.
