Sinds 2012 ondersteunt Griffioen Software & Services Stichting ArtEZ structureel bij het functioneren, onderhouden en doorontwikkelen van de door ArtEZ ontwikkelde roostersoftware Aurora. De voorgenomen gunning betreft het afsluiten van een overeenkomst met Griffioen Software & Services voor continuering en instandhouding van Aurora. Zie bijgevoegd document voor verdere motivatie. ArtEZ is voornemens om voor de voornoemde werkzaamheden een overeenkomst met een maximale looptijd van vier (4) jaar te sluiten met Griffioen B.V., met een geraamde contractwaarde van € 240.000,-.
