Description

Het leveren, implementeren en werkend opleveren van een landelijke EPD SG systeem dat aan alle onderstaande kenmerken voldoet: 1. De levering van een SaaS-oplossing bestaande uit: a. een elektronisch patiëntendossier (EPD) en b. een online omgeving waar cliënten inzage hebben in (delen van) hun dossier, vragen kunnen invullen en afspraken kunnen maken, inzien, verzetten en annuleren c. de online omgeving bestaat uit hosting, een productie-, een acceptatie-, en eventueel een trainingsomgeving (als onderdeel van de acceptatie-omgeving). 2. Beheerd en onderhouden, door Opdrachtnemer, op basis van de (functionele en technische) specificaties van Opdrachtgever met behulp van een, door Opdrachtnemer, geleverde ontwikkel- en onderhoudsaanpak én toolset (full lifecycle); 3. Ontsluiting van data dient mogelijk te zijn via koppelvlakken / API. 4. Compliant aan relevante wet- en regelgeving. Het betreft het leveren van een landelijk EPD-SG voor alle 25 GGD-en in Nederland
