Description

De behoefte van de aanbestedende dienst om deze raamovereenkomsten af te sluiten vloeit voort uit de wettelijke taak (NIS2) welke zij krijgt. De NIS2-richtlijn verplicht bedrijven zoals aanbestedende dienst om proactief te zijn bij het identificeren, beheersen en rapporteren van cyberincidenten. De af te sluiten raamovereenkomsten dienen ervoor te zorgen dat zorgorganisaties die onder de Cyberbeveiligingswet vallen gebruik kunnen maken van de expertise van de incident response partij in het geval er bij de zorgorganisatie een cybersecurity-incident plaats vindt. Perceel 1: Beschikbaarheidscategorie A, kan voorzien in minimaal: Minimaal 10 incidenten per jaar Minimaal 1 incident tegelijkertijd Minimaal 1 gekwalificeerde medewerker per incident Perceel 2: Beschikbaarheidscategorie B, kan voorzien in minimaal: Minimaal 20 incidenten per jaar Minimaal 3 incidenten tegelijkertijd Minimaal 3 gekwalificeerde medewerkers per incident Inschrijver kan voorzien in minimaal: Minimaal 10 incidenten per jaar Minimaal 1 incident tegelijkertijd Minimaal 1 gekwalificeerde medewerker per incident; Inschrijver kan voorzien in minimaal: Minimaal 20 incidenten per jaar Minimaal 3 incidenten tegelijkertijd Minimaal 3 gekwalificeerde medewerkers per incident
