Description

De gemeente Leusden (hierna: ‘de gemeente’) heeft op dit moment een lopende overeenkomst voor het gebruik van de software op het gebied van automatisering van HRM en salarisverwerking. De huidige overeenkomst loopt tot en met 31 december 2026 en kan in beginsel niet meer verlengd worden. De focus ligt op een voor de gemeente goed werkend e-HRM systeem dat vanaf 1 januari 2026 operationeel is, waarbij wordt gerekend met een implementatiejaar. Het e-HRM systeem moet tal van basis HRM processen binnen één digitaal portaal in gang kunnen zetten én geautomatiseerd worden afgehandeld. Dit betreft zowel aanvragen vanuit medewerkers als ook aanvragen die vanuit het management en/of andere HRM verantwoordelijken (dit kan per HR proces verschillend zijn) in gang moeten worden gezet. Verdere eisen aan een ‘goed werken e-HRM systeem’ staan uitgewerkt in het Programma van Eisen. -
