Description

De TU Delft wil één Opdrachtnemer contracteren voor het leveren van een Facility Management Informatie Systeem als een SaaS oplossing en aanverwante dienstverlening. Momenteel maakt de TU Delft gebruikt van TOPdesk als Service management tool en heeft de directie CREFM TOPdesk in gebruik als Facilitair Management Informatie Systeem (FMIS), waarbij het Asset management gedeeltelijk in O-Prognose is ondergebracht en het inzien van plattegronden in Stipl. In verband met het aflopen van het contract met TOPdesk is de TU Delft een nieuwe aanbesteding gaan voorbereiden. Tijdens deze voorbereiding is gebleken dat de keuze voor één systeem voor de FMIS-, ITSM- en ESM-functionaliteit niet optimaal is en de markt niet kan voldoen aan alle wensen binnen één (1) geïntegreerde softwareoplossing. Met deze reden is de TU Delft gaan onderzoeken wat het beste scenario voor deze brede ondersteuning is. Uit gedegen vooronderzoek, waaronder ook een marktconsultatie FMIS is geconcludeerd dat een aparte oplossing voor de FMIS-functionaliteit en een aparte oplossing voor de ITSM en ESM-functionaliteit het beste zal werken voor de TU Delft. Hierbij is integratie een cruciaal onderdeel.
