Voor de single-cell proteomics unit (SCAPE) van Stichting Amsterdam UMC (hierna: Amsterdam UMC) heeft Amsterdam UMC behoefte aan een speciaal instrument voor single-cell isolatie en nanoliter-dosering met als functionele eisen: uitzonderlijke precisie, hoge opbrengstefficiency en compatibiliteit met low-input proteomics-monsterpreparatieworkflows. Het instrument moet de isolatie en directe depositie van individuele cellen in reactievolumes op nanoliter-schaal mogelijk maken, met behoud van celintegriteit, minimale adsorptieverliezen en behoud van de volledige cellulaire diversiteit van een weefsel. Het systeem moet betrouwbaar single-cell isolatie uitvoeren met realtime bevestiging van elke processtap. 1
