Let op! De procedure verloopt uitsluitend per e-mail. Alle communicatie over deze aanbesteding verloopt per de e-mail via de contactpersoon: Rick van den Berg, RD.vd.Berg@mindef.nl. Opdracht De opdracht betreft het leveren van Thuiskennels t.b.v. de Militaire Werkhond. Het MWH-bestand omvat ruim 250 honden. Een deel van dit bestand voert taken uit in (wereldwijde) uitzendgebieden. Niet alle Defensieonderdelen maken gebruik van thuiskennels. Een thuiskennel is permanente huisvesting voor de MWH die altijd vanaf thuis ingezet wordt en waarvoor de eenheid om die reden geen onderdeelskennel voor permanente bewoning toegewezen heeft. Bij huisvesting in een thuiskennel wordt uitgegaan van dagelijks gemiddeld acht uur durende (operationele) inzet of training, gemiddeld vijf dagen per week. De kennel is bestemd voor (nacht)rust. De levering van de thuiskennels strekt zich alleen uit over woonadressen binnen Nederland, exclusief de Waddeneilanden. Op dit moment beschikt Defensie niet over een (Raam)overeenkomst ten behoeve van Thuiskennels. Deze Europese openbare aanbesteding heeft tot doel het sluiten van één Raamovereenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer voor Leveringen. Voor een uitvoerige beschrijving van de opdracht wordt verwezen naar het Programma van eisen als opgenomen in Bijlage 3 van deze Aanbestedingsleidraad, alsmede naar de bijlagen waarnaar in deze documenten wordt verwezen.
