Opdrachtgever kiest met deze aanbesteding voor één (1) Value Added Reseller en slaat daarmee een nieuwe weg in. Dat betekent dat het cluster GU van Matlogco de dagelijkse operationele behoeftestelling en benutting van de expertise van een Opdrachtnemer, wat resulteert in het bestellen van Gereedschappen, decentraal gaat beleggen. De Gebruiker en/of besteller kan straks via een op haar behoefte toegespitste doelgroep-webshop direct Gereedschappen bestellen. En de gebruiker zit 'aan het stuur' van de op haar behoefte toegespitste doelgroep-webshop en kan direct met Opdrachtnemer inhoudelijke vragen afstemmen.
