Description

De gemeente Den Haag heeft een grote gevarieerde vastgoedportefeuille, bestaande uit ongeveer 700 objecten. Onder te verdelen in diverse categorieën; sporthallen, zwembaden, stadsboerderijen, theaters, ateliers, monumenten, bijeenkomstgebouwen, woningen, kantoren, groenposten, begraafplaatsen, kiosken etc. Deze objecten dienen per portefeuille, iedere drie jaar te worden geïnspecteerd om de conditiemeting en daarbij de meerjarenonderhoudsplanning opnieuw vast te stellen. De gemeente Den Haag wenst een partij te contracteren die in het kader van de implementatie van de duurzame MJOP in Planon, (her)inspecties van gebouwen uit zal voeren. De (her)inspecties van de gebouwen dient conform NEN 2767 uitgevoerd te worden. De NEN2767 kan onderverdeeld worden in 0-metingen (waarbij alles vanaf 0 geïnventariseerd, ingevoerd in het systeem en geïnspecteerd wordt) of herinspecties (waarbij er op basis van een vorige inspectie alle punten weer nagelopen worden. Het is nog niet van alle gebouwen duidelijk of er eerst een 0-meting moet plaatsvinden in dit contract of dat er direct geherinspecteerd kan worden.
