Description

Ten aanzien van het opnieuw inrichten van het printerpark voor OOadA wordt middels een Europese aanbestedingsprocedure de productgroep ingekocht inclusief beveieligd printmodule. De opdracht bestaat uit het leveren, installeren, configureren en operationeel houden van ongeveer 40 multifunctionele printers A3 op diverse locaties van Opdrachtgevers. Opdrachtgever behoudtzich het recht ten alle tijden de aantallen en configuratie van de gevraagde apparatuurgedurende deze tender te wijzingen. Het service gedeelte betreft een overeenkomst zonder -1- afnameverplichting. Opdrachtgever wenst enkel te betalen voor de werkelijk gemaakte prints. De looptijd van de overeenkomst is 60 maanden met een optionele verlenging van 2 x 12 maanden.
