Description

Het doel van deze publicatie is de aankondiging op basis van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf, van de gunning van een opdracht voor het exploiteren van een milieustraat in de plaats Groesbeek in de gemeente Berg & Dal. Aanbestedende dienst is voornemend de huidige overeenkomst met de huidige dienstverlener te verlengen voor een periode van vijf (5) jaar met een optie tot jaarlijkse verlenging van telkens één (1) jaar, tot een maximale contractduur van tien (10) jaar. De ingangsdatum van de verlengde overeenkomst is 1 januari 2026. Aanbestedende dienst doet een beroep op artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b no 2 van de Aanbestedingswet omdat zij na onderzoek stellen dat mededinging voor het exploiteren van een milieustraat in de plaats Groesbeek in de gemeente Berg & Dal in dit concrete geval ontbreekt. 1 milieustraat
