Description

De aanbestedende dienst wil voor de realisatie van een kindcentrum in Chaam middels deze aanbesteding een installateur contracteren voor de installatie van de E installatie. Het kindcentrum in Chaam bestaat uit een complex met 2 scholen (2.020 m2bvo), een beweegruimte (44 m2bvo), consultatiebureau GGD (194 m2bvo), kinderdagverblijf en BSO (5632 m2bvo) en een sportzaal (935 m2bvo), tezamen 3.825 m2bvo. Zie het Bestek voor meer informatie. De aanbestedende dienst wil voor de realisatie van een kindcentrum in Chaam middels deze aanbesteding een installateur contracteren voor de installatie van de E installatie. De bouwkundig aannemer en W-installaties worden als aparte opdrachten in de markt gezet door middel van separate Europese aanbestedingen. Tussen deze opdrachten bestaat een zodanige technische en functionele samenhang dat de realisatie van het totale project afhankelijk is van een gecoördineerde uitvoering van alle drie de onderdelen. Indien één van de aanbestedingen mislukt bijvoorbeeld, maar niet uitsluitend, doordat geen geldige of aanvaardbare inschrijving resteert, behoudt de aanbestedende dienst zich het recht voor om de andere aanbestedingsprocedures te beëindigen, dan wel op te schorten, zonder dat Inschrijvers enig recht op vergoeding van kosten of nadeelcompensatie kunnen doen gelden. Het kindcentrum in Chaam bestaat uit een complex met 2 scholen (2.020 m2bvo), een beweegruimte (44 m2bvo), consultatiebureau GGD ( 194 m2bvo), kinderdagverblijf en BSO (5632 m2bvo) en een sportzaal (935 m2bvo), tezamen 3.825 m2bvo. De locatie waar het gesitueerd wordt is aan de Gilzeweg 45 te Chaam, waarbij vooraf door derden een nieuw parkeerterrein zal worden gerealiseerd aan de noordzijde van het kavel. De bijbehorende buitenruimten voor de scholen (speelplaatsen) alsook de buitenruimte voor de kinderopvang behoort niet tot de opdracht.
