Deze marktconsultatie dient ter voorbereiding op de voorgenomen aanbesteding voor de levering van elektriciteit in de jaren 2028 en verder. Waterschap Hunze en Aa’s treedt op als penvoerder namens Energie Inkoop Collectief De Gezamenlijke Waterschappen (EIC-DGW), voor deze procedure bestaand uit: - Drents Overijsselse Delta - Noorderzijlvest - Hunze en Aa’s - Limburg - Vechtstromen - en Waterlaboratorium Aqualysis De hoofddoelstelling van de marktconsultatie is om een toekomstig aanbestedingstraject af te stemmen op onze visie en ambitie binnen de mogelijkheden die er zijn in de markt. Daarnaast dragen onderstaande subdoelen bij aan het bereiken van het hoofddoel: - Kennisverwerving over ontwikkelingen relevant voor de voorgenomen aanbesteding. - Kennis verkrijgen m.b.t. het aantal potentiële dienstverleners. - Verhogen van de respons bij de voorgenomen aanbesteding door een passende vraagspecificatie. - De kwaliteit van het nieuwe contract borgen. - De kwaliteit van de voorgenomen aanbestedingsprocedure verhogen. U wordt gevraagd om de vragen in hoofdstuk 4 van het marktconsultatiedocument (te vinden op het Mercell platform) te beantwoorden. Om zoveel mogelijk ruimte te bieden voor het verstrekken van relevante informatie, schrijven we geen format voor. Uw beantwoording van onze vragen is ongelimiteerd en vormvrij.
