Ter voorbereiding op een eventuele (Europese) aanbesteding organiseert de Politie deze marktconsultatie omtrent de oplevering van opvaardokken Beoogde scope De scope van de opdracht betreft de aanschaf en het opleveren van opvaardokken voor RHIBS (Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats) en RHUBs (Rigid Hull unflatable Boats). Een opvaardok is een samengesteld overdekt drijfblok met liersysteem voor droogzetten en tewaterlating en heeft als doel de RHIBS en RHUBS aan te meren vrij van water en weersinvloeden. Daarnaast dient er voldoende ruimte te zijn om om het vaartuig heen te kunnen lopen en eventueel onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan het vaartuig uit te kunnen voeren. Politie hanteert de volgende definitie voor opvaardok, waarbij een opvaardok o.a. bestaat uit: •Drijfblok (bestaande uit modulaire blokken); •Bootoverkapping; •Toegangsdeur; •Roldeur; •Liersysteem (hulpinstallatie); •Montage en benodigde toebehoren. Het doel van deze marktconsultatie is om inzicht te krijgen in de samenstelling van de markt en het aantal mogelijjk geinteresseerde opdrachtnemers voor deze opdracht. Tevens hoopt de Politie op input vanuit de markt om de beoogde opdracht en mogelijke aanbesteding beter aan te laten sluiten bij huidige trends en ontwikkelingen.
