Description

De huidige overeenkomst van VRLN voor warme drankvoorzieningen loopt af en er dient een nieuwe overeenkomst te worden afgesloten. Dit is de aanleiding om een nieuwe aanbestedings-procedure te starten. Dit beschrijvend document bevat een beschrijving van de eisen en gun-ningscriteria van de opdrachtgever ten aanzien van onderhavige opdracht. Op basis van historische gegevens bedraagt het gemiddelde geraamde bedrag per jaar voor de warme drankvoorziening (65 automaten) circa € 70.000 excl. BTW voor huur en het onderhoud. Voor de ingrediënten circa € 57.000 excl. BTW. Uit de marktconsultatie en marktverkenning is ook naar voren gekomen dat we te maken hebben met inflatie. Hiervoor heeft de aanbestedende dienst een indexatie meegenomen voor de komende jaren, op basis van het CPI-indexcijfer koffie. In totaal bedraagt het geraamde bedrag inclusief indexering €161.275 excl. BTW per jaar. VRLN geeft geen garanties over volumes of omzet. De genoemde bedragen zijn gebaseerd op indica-ties van gebruik en historische gegevens. Inschrijvers kunnen hier geen rechten of verwachtingen aan ontlenen. Eventuele variaties in volumes kunnen optreden door ontwikkelingen, zoals de invoering van nieuwe hybride werkvormen of veranderingen in het aantal medewerkers op locatie.
