Description

Het huidige buitenbad De Groene Wellen in Udenhout voldoet niet meer aan de regelgeving en is gesloten. Op de huidige plek wordt een nieuw buitenbad gerealiseerd, bestaande uit gelijke faciliteiten en afmetingen van de huidige bassins. Ook wordt maximaal rekening gehouden met het omliggende Natura2000 gebied. Het is wenselijk dat de buitenbaden vóór het zwemseizoen van 2027 (mei 2027) klaar zijn voor gebruik. De gemeente onderzoekt of deze versnelling realiseerbaar is, bijvoorbeeld door de buitenbaden al te renoveren in combinatie met tijdelijke installaties en/of tijdelijke voorzieningen, zodat de gebruikers er vanaf 2027 gebruik van kunnen maken. De aanbestedende dienst zoekt een bureau dat alle benodigde ontwerpdisciplines kan aanbieden en organiseren, en dat verantwoordelijk is voor de integrale coördinatie, afstemming en begeleiding van deze disciplines gedurende het volledige ontwerptraject. De omvang en reikwijdte van de Opdracht omvat: - Projectmanagementdiensten; - Bouwkostenadvies; - Architectenwerkzaamheden; - Elektrotechnisch Installatieadvies; - Werktuigbouwkundig Installatieadvies; - Zwembadtechnische Installatieadvies; - Bouwfysisch advies; - Constructief advies; - Brandadvies;
