Description

De gemeenten Enschede, Almelo, Hengelo, Hof van Twente, Losser, Noaberkracht (Dinkelland-Tubbergen), Haaksbergen, Twenterand en Wierden willen een opdracht gunnen aan één opdrachtnemer voor het (continueren van) het verzamelen, opslaan en beschikbaar stellen van betrouwbare grondwaterstandsmetingen aan de deelnemende gemeenten en aan de BRO. Gemeente Enschede treedt in deze aanbesteding ook op als penvoerder voor andere partijen (deze noemen wij hierna 'deelnemers'). Iedere deelnemer sluit voor zichzelf een raamovereenkomst af. Deze aanbesteding wordt gedaan om een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor een periode van 4 jaar, met een optie tot verlenging door opdrachtgever van 4 maal 1 jaar. Dit betekent dat er in totaal een maximale looptijd van 8 jaar is. De geraamde waarde van de totale opdracht (alle gemeenten) bedraagt circa €1.500.000,- voor de duur van 8 jaar.
