Description

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is een raamovereenkomst aan te gaan met de drie (3) inschrijvers op basis van de beste prijs - kwaliteit verhouding. Deze leidraad bevat de beschrijving van het verloop van de inschrijvings- en gunningsfase van deze aanbestedingsprocedure. De af te sluiten Raamovereenkomst betreft de beide locaties van het Amsterdam UMC, zowel de Meibergdreef (AMC) als de Boelelaan (VU). Verwachte omzet tussen €6 en €10 miljoen over 4 jaar. Mogelijk vind er na deze periode een verlenging plaats van twee keer één jaar. Er zullen drie partijen geselecteerd worden aan wie de opdracht gegund zal worden. Ten behoeve van bouwkundig, werktuigbouwkundig en elektrotechnische engineering. Vierjarige overeenkomst met optie tot twee keer één jaar verlenging.
