Enexis Groep (verder als Enexis) heeft momenteel een raamovereenkomsten met 1 leverancier voor het verrichten van de benodigde uitvoeringsdiensten vanuit de rol van Opleidingsintermediair. Deze raamovereenkomst loopt af eind 2027. Om deze reden start Enexis in 2026 een aanbestedingstraject op met als doel één (1) Opleidingsintermediair te contracteren voor minimaal 4 jaar en maximaal 8 jaar. Deze marktconsultatie vindt plaats ter voorbereiding op de voorgenomen aanbesteding. Marktconsultatie is daarbij een hulpmiddel om tot een optimale uitvraag te kunnen komen. De afdeling Inkoop zal de begeleiding van de aanbesteding uitvoeren en fungeert als aanspreekpunt tijdens deze marktconsultatie. De resultaten van de marktconsultatie kunnen worden meegenomen in de verdere uitwerking van het Programma van Eisen en de aanbestedingsprocedure. Het doel van deze marktconsultatie is: 1. Informatie vergaren We willen informatie verzamelen over beschikbare producten, diensten, technologieën en/of marktpraktijken. Dit helpt ons bij het ontwikkelen van onze inkoopstrategie en het formuleren van duidelijke specificaties en eisen. 2. Inzicht krijgen in de markt Daardoor kunnen wij beter de marktstructuur analyseren, potentiële leveranciers identificeren en beoordelen of er voldoende concurrentie en capaciteit in de markt is. 3. Feedback ontvangen Van de markt over mogelijke oplossingen, risico's, kosten en andere relevante aspecten. Dit helpt ons bij het verfijnen van ons projectplan en het identificeren van potentiële uitdagingen. 4. Dialoog en samenwerking bevorderen tussen Enexis en de markt Het stelt beide partijen in staat om openlijk te communiceren, vragen te stellen en mogelijke oplossingen te bespreken. Dit leidt tot een beter begrip van elkaars behoeften en het vinden van innovatieve oplossingen. Kortom: door deze marktconsultatie hopen wij als Enexis de waarde en effectiviteit van onze verwachte aanbesteding te maximaliseren.
