Description

Het is belangrijk dat de dienstverlening van VfPf aansluit bij de wensen van haar klanten. Op basis van deze wensen en inzicht in de mate van tevredenheid over geleverde diensten kan de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening verder worden verbeterd. Daarom is doorlopend inzicht in klantbeleving gewenst. Het meten van de klantbeleving is niet alleen een thermometer om inzicht in de waardering van dienstverlening te verkrijgen, maar ook een instrument om dienstverlening te verbeteren en toe te werken naar een hogere waardering. Uitkomsten van de klanttevredenheidsonderzoeken (KTO’s) dienen het klantgericht denken en handelen van medewerkers van VfPf te stimuleren. Sinds 2022 voert VfPf KTO’s uit om inzicht in klantbeleving te krijgen. Het betreft veelal continu onderzoeken ten behoeve van het verbeteren/ontwikkelen van een bepaalde dienst. Deze opdracht is een overheidsopdracht met een geraamde waarde van € 600.000,- exclusief BTW bij een looptijd van 6 jaar. Er kunnen geen rechten ontleend worden aan deze raming.
