Description

De scope van de Opdracht welke wordt aanbesteed betreft de volgende aspecten: 1. Voortzetten en succesvol doorontwikkelen van o.a. 1) de huidige multisiteomgeving inclusief testen van front-end en back-end, 2) (semi-)automatische koppelingen met diverse systemen (Datawarehouse, SharePoint, Ubeeo) en importscripts, 3) inlogmogelijkheid via o.a. EntraID en (in aanbouw) eHerkenning, en inclusief het doorvoeren van Drupal-upgrades. Zie bijlage F; 1. Beheer, onderhoud en tweedelijnsondersteuning ten behoeve van gebruikers van het cms en het leveren van dienstverlening op basis van de af te sluiten SLA; 2. Hosting van de multisiteomgeving op basis van de af te sluiten SLA, waarbij minimaal een deel van de omgeving (at rest) versleuteld moet zijn; 3. Incorporeren websites SIA en KIN in de huidige multisiteomgeving, inclusief waar wenselijk concept & design, testen en contentmigratie; 4. Toevoegen van nieuwe websites binnen de multisiteomgeving; 5. Huisstijl van de NRO-eventsites actualiseren; Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het sluiten van een Overeenkomst voor het uitvoeren van de Opdracht zoals omschreven en nader gespecificeerd in de Aanbestedingsdocumenten met één Inschrijver die binnen de gestelde kaders van het aanbestedingsrecht de economisch meest voordelige Inschrijving voor de Opdracht heeft gedaan. De economische meest voordelige Inschrijving wordt vastgesteld op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
