Description

Inhuur van flexibele arbeidskrachten op alle functies t/m mbo-niveau (cao Veiligheidsregio’s functieschaal 8 en een vergelijkbare salarisgrens in de cao Ambulancezorg) met uitzondering van specialistische en operationele brandweerfuncties en ambulancepersoneel. Deze opdracht is verdeeld in twee percelen: Perceel 1 Uitzenden Perceel 2 Payroll-constructie De totale waarde van de raamovereenkomst van Perceel 1 bedraagt maximaal € 1.110.000 De totale waarde van de raamovereenkomst van Perceel 2 bedraagt maximaal €1.250.000 Uitzenden: Opdrachtnemer stelt flexibele arbeidskrachten ter beschikking aan de VRR, waarvoor Opdrachtnemer de werving & selectie heeft verricht en waarbij de VRR leiding en toezicht uitoefent. Bij uitzenden is een uitzendbeding van toepassing en is de cao voor Uitzendkrachten van de ABU of de NBBU van toepassing. Dit perceel heeft betrekking op alle functies tot en met mbo-niveau (cao Veiligheidsregio’s functieschaal 8 en een vergelijkbare salarisgrens in de cao Ambulancezorg) met uitzondering van specialistische en operationele brandweerfuncties en ambulancepersoneel. De totale waarde van de raamovereenkomst van Perceel 1 bedraagt maximaal € 1.110.000; Payroll-constructie: Opdrachtnemer stelt flexibele arbeidskrachten ter beschikking aan de VRR, waarvoor VRR de werving en selectie heeft verricht en waarover de VRR leiding en toezicht uitoefent. Bij payrollconstructies is de cao Veiligheidsregio’s of cao Ambulancezorg van toepassing. De Opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor de arbeidscontractuele- en administratieve afhandeling. Dit perceel heeft betrekking op alle functies t/m mbo-niveau (cao Veiligheidsregio’s functieschaal 8 en een vergelijkbare salarisgrens in de cao Ambulancezorg) met uitzondering van specialistische en operationele brandweerfuncties en ambulancepersoneel. met een maximale waarde aan deelopdrachten van totaal €1.250.000
