Description

De opdracht betreft een Europese aanbesteding voor de inhuur van data- en AI-professionals ten behoeve van de afdeling DIA. De inzet van externe professionals is essentieel om de datagedreven ambities van NS waar te maken en vraagt om duurzame samenwerking, flexibiliteit en hoogwaardige dienstverlening. De gevraagde rollen, bijbehorende werkzaamheden, senioriteitsniveaus en competenties zijn nader uitgewerkt in Bijlage - Functieprofielen. Aanvullende achtergrond- en contextinformatie over NS, DIA, relevante strategische uitgangspunten en de organisatorische context is opgenomen in Bijlage - Contextdocument. De aanbesteding is gericht op het afsluiten van raamovereenkomsten met drie leveranciers. Doel is het opbouwen van langdurige samenwerkingsrelaties, waarbij leveranciers niet alleen capaciteit leveren, maar ook actief bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling, innovatie en community-vorming bij DIA. De scope van de opdracht omvat: • Inhuur van data- en AI-professionals op onder andere de volgende rollen: Data Engineers, BI Specialisten, Data/Analytics Translators, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists en Data Platform/Software Engineers. Zie voor de nadere duiding van de rollen en werkzaamheden Bijlage - Functieprofielen. • Samenwerking op het gebied van kennisdeling, opleidings- en ontwikkeltrajecten (bijv. via communities, juniorprogramma’s en gildes).
