SR is op zoek naar één (1) partij die kan ontzorgen bij het werven, selecteren en/of inzetten van Inhuurprofessionals. Opdrachtnemer is ook verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling van het gehele proces. Opdrachtnemer is juridisch geen werkgever van Inhuurprofessionals. SR verwacht de komende jaren bijvoorbeeld, maar niet uitsluitend de volgende functies in te huren: inkoop, ICT advies, projectmanagement, bouwkundig advies, financiële dienstverlening, opleiding en coaching en marketing en communicatieadvies. De duur van de opdrachten kan zowel aaneengesloten als niet aaneengesloten zijn. Tevens is een doelstelling van deze aanbesteding dat alle inhuur van Inhuurprofessionals rechtmatig, doelmatig en transparant wordt vormgegeven. SR wenst optioneel detavast-constructies in te zetten via Opdrachtnemer. Waarbij Opdrachtnemer nooit juridisch werkgever is. zie beschrijvend document
