Om in deze behoefte te voorzien, heeft Staatbosbeer ervoor gekozen een Dynamisch aankoopsysteem (DAS) in te stellen. Geïnteresseerde partijen worden uitgenodigd zich te registreren en aan te melden binnen het DAS Inhuur personeel, dat beschikbaar is via het Mercell-platform, om in aanmerking te komen voor opdrachten die via het DAS Inhuur personeel worden uitgevraagd.
