Description

Met deze aanbesteding beoogt VISTA College een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één inhuur-broker die fungeert als centraal regiepunt voor alle externe inhuur binnen de organisatie. De broker neemt de bestaande lopende inhuurcontracten over en draagt zorg voor een zorgvuldige en ononderbroken continuering van de dienstverlening. De opdracht omvat de inhuur van externe professionals voor zowel onderwijs- als ondersteunende, beleidsmatige en managementfuncties. De broker verzorgt een gestroomlijnd, transparant en rechtmatig inhuurproces, inclusief uitvraag bij leveranciers, voorselectie van kandidaten, contractering en administratieve afhandeling, en waarborgt naleving van wet- en regelgeving, marktconforme tarieven en tijdige managementinformatie. De geraamde waarde is 8.2 miljoen.
