Description

De opdracht betreft het leveren van Arbodienstverlening en bijbehorende dienstverlening ten behoeve van opdrachtgever. De dienstverlening is gericht op het ondersteunen van opdrachtgever en haar medewerkers bij het voorkomen en beperken van verzuim, het bevorderen van duurzame inzetbaarheid en maximale participatie en het voldoen aan de verplichtingen voortvloeiend uit de Arbowet en overige relevante wet- en regelgeving. De geraamde waarde van de opdracht is gebaseerd op historische gegevens en is exclusief btw. Aan deze raming kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde bedraagt €175.000,- per jaar exclusief btw. Bij een initiële contractduur van drie (3) jaar bedraagt de geraamde waarde van de opdracht € 525.000,- exclusief btw. De overeenkomst kan door Opdrachtgever maximaal twee (2) keer worden verlengd met een periode van twee (2) jaar.
