Description

De gemeente wenst onafhankelijke medische expertise in te kopen voor het beoordelen van de ondersteuningsbehoefte op onder andere de volgende terreinen: Wmo 2015, Bijzondere bijstand, Gehandicaptenparkeerkaart, Wet inburgering 2021. De inzet van de medische advisering heeft tot doel te komen tot een juiste bepaling van het recht op de aangevraagde (maatwerk)voorziening of vergoeding. De medische adviezen kunnen betrekking hebben op zowel de fysieke als de mentale situatie van de inwoner. De gemeente is voornemens om de raamovereenkomst in te laten gaan op 1 april 2026. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde van de Raamovereenkomst is € 860.000,- over de gehele looptijd inclusief verlengingsopties. De Opdrachtnemer kan aan deze verwachtingen geen rechten ontlenen.
