De opdracht voor het beheren van de milieustraat bestaat uit de volgende onderdelen; Leveren van bemensing van de milieustraat Het openen en sluiten van de milieustraat Ontvangen van bezoekers / bewoners met hun afval Aansturen van de bezoekers Voorlichten over scheiding van afval op de milieustraat (juiste afval in de juiste container) Regelen afvoer volle containers Beoordelen kosten van aangeboden afval en verzorgen van betalingsverkeer Verzorgen kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan gebouwen en terrein en lichte opruimwerkzaamheden De opdracht wordt niet verdeeld in percelen. Indien de opdracht wel gesplitst zou worden, is er meer coördinatie noodzakelijk. Dit brengt extra activiteiten en dus meer (interne) kosten met zich mee. Daarbij wordt de gemeente dan ook verantwoordelijk voor de planning en coördinatie van de uitvoering. Omdat dit alles niet in het belang van de gemeente is, passen we geen perceelindeling toe. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van minimaal 1 jaar en 9 maanden en maximaal 5 jaar en 9 maanden. De ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 1 april 2027.
