De opdracht betreft het technisch beheer, onderhoud en eventuele doorontwikkeling van de maatwerkapplicatie CRIS, die specifiek voor Stichting Slachtofferhulp Nederland is ontwikkeld. Door vertraging in de implementatie van het nieuwe cliëntvolgsysteem moet CRIS langer in gebruik blijven om de continuïteit van dienstverlening te waarborgen 1.040.000 euro vrijwillige transparantie vooraf t.b.v. beheer en onderhoud CRIS (Client volgsysteem. De genoemde opdracht betreft het technisch ondersteunen, beheer en doorontwikkeling van een maatwerkapplicatie (CRIS), gebaseerd op Exact-software, die in het verleden door Collabite specifiek voor Stichting Slachtofferhulp Nederland is ontwikkeld voor het verwerken van cliëntgegevens. De opdrachtverstrekking aan Collabite kan worden gebaseerd op artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b onder 2 en sub c van de Aanbestedingswet 2012. Het betreft een objectief vast te stellen technische reden, die nader wordt toegelicht in de bijlage. Geraamde opdrachtwaarde wordt gepubliceerd bij gunning van Opdracht.
