De gemeente Apeldoorn is voornemens om met GPS-Buddy Nederland BV een overeenkomst te sluiten voor levering en dienstverlening t.b.v. GPS, rittenregistratie, track & trace en fleetmanagement voor in assets (o.a. voertuigen, vervoersmiddelen en objecten) die de gemeente gebruikt. Dit betreft aankoop, levering (incl. montage) en dienstverlening (dashboard, rapportages) voor de duur van maximaal 8 jaar. Dit omdat de mededinging om technische redenen ontbreekt. In het bijgevoegde document treft u de uitleg en aanvullende onderbouwing hiervan aan. Overeenkomst van 8 jaar. Geraamde waarde kent een bandbreedte van minimaal EUR 52.000 en maximaal EUR 1.100.000,-. We verwachten zo'n EUR 750.000 - EUR 975.000,- uit te geven binnen deze overeenkomst, hier zijn echter geen rechten aan te ontlenen. De definitieve waarde als hieronder omschreven is gezien bandbreedte dus gelijk getrokken met geraamde waarde aangezien deze nu nog niet precies aan te geven is.
