De bouwprojectmanagementopdracht omvat het gehele bouwprojectmanagement voor de realisatie van het kindcentrum Noorderkwartier te Almelo. Zie aanbestedingsstukken voor meer informatie. Het nieuwe kindcentrum moet onderdak bieden aan circa 775 leerlingen in het regulier basisonderwijs en speciaal onderwijs. Daarnaast worden er circa 64 kindplaatsen voor de kinderopvang gerealiseerd binnen maximaal 500 m2 BVO. De totale ruimtebehoefte van het KC is inclusief kinderopvang en gymzalen circa 6.700 m2 BVO.
