De KB is voornemens een Raamovereenkomst aan te gaan met de huidige contractpartij voor de inkoop van licenties betreffende De Slimme Nieuwslezer, type content is Digitale Knipselkrant NT1/NT2 voor de landelijke digitale bibliotheekcollectie. Het gaat hierbij om maximaal 5000 actieve accounts per jaar en een staffelafspraak voor gebruik boven de 5000 actieve gebruikers minimaal 5000 gebruikers De KB is voornemens een Raamovereenkomst aan te gaan met de huidige contractpartij voor de inkoop van licenties betreffende De Slimme Nieuwslezer, type content is Digitale Knipselkrant NT1/NT2 voor de landelijke digitale bibliotheekcollectie. Het gaat hierbij om maximaal 5000 actieve accounts per jaar en een staffelafspraak voor gebruik boven de 5000 actieve gebruikers 500000
