Coördinatie met adviseurs en toetsing aan regelgeving; Inhoudelijke bijdrage aan de aannemerselectie; Ontwerp en inpassing van tijdelijke huisvesting, mogelijk (deels) op het perceel. Het project betreft de sloop en nieuwbouw van ca. 2.450 m² bvo verdeeld over twee bouwlagen, met daarin onderwijsruimtes, speellokaal, voorschool/kinderopvang (0-4 jaar), bestuurskantoor en gymzaal.
