Description

De gemeente is voornemens een overeenkomst te sluiten met één leverancier (hardware broker) voor het leveren van nieuwe hardware, het innemen en verwerken van afgeschreven hardware en het faciliteren van aanvullende diensten zoals logistiek, dataverwijdering en rapportage. De opdracht omvat onder meer: Het leveren van diverse typen Kantoor Automatiserings hardware (bv. laptops, telefoons, monitoren, servers, accessoires, netwerkapparatuur); Het op verzoek innemen van hardware die buiten gebruik wordt gesteld; Het uitvoeren van gecertificeerde dataverwijdering; Het verstrekken van rapportages over uitleveringen, inname en verwerking; Logistieke ondersteuning, waaronder levering op locatie, verpakken, retourlogistiek en opslagfaciliteiten.
