Description

Raamovereenkomst met één leverancier voor: 1. Leveren van PC hardware (zoals: laptops, monitoren, randapparatuur, etc.). 2. Leveren van tablets en smartphones (zonder abonnement). 3. Repareren van de onder 1 en 2 geleverde hardware. De waarde van de opdracht [gedurende de looptijd (exclusief opties) is geraamd tussen de € 1.000.000,- en € 1.500.000,- exclusief BTW. Teneinde generlei discussies te krijgen over het al dan niet verplicht initiëren van nieuwe aanbestedingen, kan er theoretisch tot maximaal € 7.000.000,- exclusief BTW door Waterschap Limburg worden afgenomen. Dit theoretisch maximum houdt rekening met het maximaal aantal verlengingen en eventuele eerdere vervangingen of extra aanschaf. Let op: dit is echter een theoretisch maximum (exclusief prijsindexering). Hieraan kunnen door inschrijvers geen rechten worden ontleend. Het betreft een indicatie. Er is sprake van noch een afnameplicht noch een omzetgarantie.
