Description

De huidige bestrating met betonstraatstenen (rijbaan) en betontegels (trottoirs) is meer dan 50 jaar oud en de inrichting voldoet niet meer aan de eisen van deze tijd waardoor de wijk een verouderde uitstraling heeft. Het rioolstelsel is verouderd (maar kan deels gerelined worden), de rioolaansluitingen (deels bestaande uit gres) zijn aan vervanging toe. De hiervoor genoemde situatie maken dat de openbare ruimte dringend behoefte heeft aan een reconstructie om het gebied voor de komende decennia weer op orde te brengen. Het project omvat het opwerken van een VO tot en met een UO (incl. onderliggende stukken) en de realisatie van de herinrichting van een woonwijk. Herinrichting openbare ruimte in een woonwijk Dit omvat ca.: 25.000 m2 straatwerk 5.000 m1 riool (vervangen of relinen DWA en aanbrengen HWA) 1.300 m2 groeninrichting verwijderen en aanplanten (incl. bomen)
