Description

De Opdracht is van toepassing op bouw- en vastgoedprojecten van Stichting Nidos. De Opdrachtnemers worden ingezet voor herbestemming/transformaties van panden welke gehuurd zijn, of gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst gehuurd worden. De werkzaamheden betreffen (multidisciplinaire) bouwwerkzaamheden, zowel bouwkundig, installatietechnisch, etc. Tevens wordt van Opdrachtnemers verwacht dat zij op basis van het Huisvestingsconcept Nidos (Bijlage 2) én de behoeftes per locatie deze zullen ontwerpen. Daarnaast zal Opdrachtnemer advies gevraagd worden bij nog te huren panden en uitgenodigd worden bij bezichtigingen van de locatie(s).
