Description

Deze aanbesteding heeft als doel uitvoerende partijen te selecteren( 2 percelen) voor de uitvoering van de realisatie van IKC Suikerzijde. Deze school wordt ontwikkelt in het plangebied De Suikerzijde en bestaat uit een ensemble van drie gebouwen; een basisschool, kinderdagverblijf en gymzaal. ca. 4.500 m2 BVO Perceel 1 heeft betrekking op de bouwkundige realisatie van het IKC. De opgave bestaat in hoofdlijnen uit het realiseren van drie samenhangende gebouwen met een houten hoofddraagconstructie, HSB-gevels en een bouwkundige uitwerking die aansluit op de duurzaamheidsambities van het project. Tot dit perceel behoren de gebouwschil, de afbouw, de vaste bouwkundige voorzieningen en de bijbehorende buitenruimte, waaronder het binnenterrein en de bestrating. De Opdrachtnemer van perceel 1 is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en coördinatie van deze werkzaamheden. ca. 4.500 m2 BVO; De opgave van perceel 2 bestaat in hoofdlijnen uit het realiseren van een energiezuinig en installatiearm concept voor de drie gebouwen. Daaronder vallen de werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische installaties, waaronder het ventilatieconcept, de verwarmings- en koelvoorzieningen, de aansluiting op Warmtestad en de overige gebouwgebonden installaties. Binnen dit perceel is de esthetische kwaliteit van de installaties een belangrijk aandachtspunt. In het ontwerp wordt geen plafond toegepast, waardoor een groot deel van de installaties in het zicht komt. Dit vraagt om een zorgvuldige uitvoering en afstemming van de installaties, zowel technisch als esthetisch. De Opdrachtnemer van perceel 2 is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering, afstemming en inregeling van deze installaties.
