Description

Het te bouwen kindcentrum biedt naast de De Talenter en De Wegwijzer ook onderdak aan de bibliotheek Enter en de kinderopvangorganisaties Het Kroontje en De Kindertuin. Het werk heeft een totale omvang van circa 3.800 m². Er dient rekening te worden gehouden met een mogelijke uitbreiding van maximaal 10%. Onder de scope van de opdracht vallen de volgende werkzaamheden: Perceel 1 - Bouwkundige aannemer: • Bouwkundige en constructieve uitvoeringswerkzaamheden; • Uitvoeringscoördinatie nevenaannemers/directieleveringen; • Vast meubilair (o.a. een compacte zittrap) Perceel 2 - Installatieaannemer • Werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische uitvoeringswerkzaamheden; Perceel 3- overig De volgende werkzaamheden vallen niet onder de opdracht*) en worden apart aanbesteed/ingekocht via de percelenregeling door aanbestedende dienst: Het werk heeft een totale omvang van circa 3.800 m². Er dient rekening te worden gehouden met een mogelijke uitbreiding van maximaal 10%. Perceel 1 - Bouwkundig; Eén bouwkundige aannemer die als hoofdaannemer verantwoordelijk is voor de bouwkundige en constructieve uitvoeringswerkzaamheden, alsmede de uitvoeringscoördinatie met betrekking tot werken van derden.
