Description

De doelstellingen van dit project zijn als volgt: 1. Vervangen van de bestaande riolering om structurele gebreken en verzakkingen te verhelpen en de betrouwbaarheid van het rioolstelsel te verbeteren. 2. Aanpassen van de verharding (asfalt en elementenverharding) zodat deze aansluit bij het actuele gemeentelijk beleid en de gewenste ruimtelijke kwaliteit. 3. Vergroten van de klimaatbestendigheid van de wijk door het afkoppelen van regenwater van het gemengde rioolstelsel. 4. Verbeteren van de leefomgeving door een herinrichting van de openbare ruimte die aansluit bij de wensen en behoeften van bewoners. 5. Integrale aanpak van de buitenruimte, waarbij groenvoorzieningen, verkeersveiligheid en gebruikscomfort worden meegenomen. Zie contractdocumenten. Hoofdperceel Zie contractdocumenten.
