KSG de Breul is voornemens de bestaande schoolcampus aan de Arnhemse Bovenweg in Zeist te vernieuwen en uit te breiden. De opdracht betreft de sloop, nieuwbouw en renovatie van de Boscampus, bestaande uit: - de renovatie en uitbreiding van bestaande onderwijsgebouwen; - de sloop van verouderde bouwdelen; - nieuwbouw van twee onderwijsgebouwen, een sportgebouw en het centrale Breulcafé; - tijdelijke- en definitieve verhardingen en nutstracés worden gerealiseerd door de bouwkundig aannemer, rekening houdend met het landschapsontwerp; de inrichting van het landschap zelf valt buiten de opgave; De campus blijft tijdens de werkzaamheden in gebruik. De continuïteit van het onderwijs is daarmee een kernvoorwaarde. De uitvoering dient gefaseerd en veilig te worden georganiseerd, met minimale hinder (geen zichtbaar, hoorbaar en voelbare overlast) voor leerlingen en medewerkers.
