Description

Concreet luidt de projectopdracht voor de te contracteren Aannemer het voorbereiden (bouwteamfase) en aanleggen (uitvoeringsfase) van de openbare ruimte rondom de te ontwikkelen vier bouwblokken en een stadspark op de locatie van het voormalige (winkelcentrum) Oranjerie. Het betreft het woonrijp maken van het plangebied. Het bouwrijp maken (waaronder de sloop van de bestaande bebouwing) is geen onderdeel van deze projectopdracht. Het doel is om eind 2025 of begin 2026 te starten met de 1e fase van het totale plan Stadspark Oranjerie, welke ongeveer vier tot vijf jaar zal duren. In de eerste fase start de verbouwing van bestaande winkels, zo wordt de bestaande HEMA aan de Hoofdstraat verbouwd en geschikt gemaakt voor 2 winkels die vanuit het bestaande winkelcentrum Oranjerie hier naar toe verhuizen. De start van de voorbereidingen voor het stadspark in het bouwteam staan gepland vanaf 12 augustus 2025. De uiteindelijke oplevering van het stadspark staat gepland voor 2030. Het Taakstellend Budget voor het Project (bouwteam- en realisatiefase) bedraagt 5 miljoen euro.
