Smart Mobility Hub De opdrachtgever zoekt een partner die de juiste kennis en kunde inbrengt om samen (in bouwteamverband) kan komen tot een robuuste oplossing voor een duurzame mobiliteitshub met sportvoorzieningen en plint, vormgegeven en ingepast conform de structuurvisie van de Nieuwe Kern Zuid. Deze robuuste oplossing wordt gerealiseerd, beheert en geëxploiteerd voor een betaalbare prijs en met een acceptabel risicoprofiel. De realisatie en (mogelijk) een deel van het onderhoud, vallen onder de realisatieovereenkomst (Engineering en Construct contract). -
