Description

VGM is voornemens grootschalig onderhoud te realiseren voor het museumgebouw in Amsterdam; het Masterplan 2028 (MP28). Na de renovatie kan het museumgebouw de daaropvolgende 15 jaar met minimale onderhoudsdruk worden geëxploiteerd. Met het uitvoeren van enkele gebouwgebonden ingrepen wordt voorts de ambitie verwezenlijkt om de bezoeker een betere museale beleving te geven en worden voor medewerkers diverse knelpunten opgelost waardoor zij op een prettigere en meer efficiënte wijze hun werkzaamheden kunnen verrichten waarbij de veiligheid van bezoekers, medewerkers en de collectie steeds voorop staat. Het project bestaat uit twee te renoveren bouwdelen, namelijk Kurokawa (circa 5.800 m2 BVO) en Rietveld (circa 8.800 m2 BVO). De onderhavige aanbesteding heeft betrekking op het tot een Technisch Ontwerp uitwerken van het door opdrachtgever te verstrekken Definitief Ontwerp (fase A), de uitvoering in twee bouwfases (fase B) en het beheer en onderhoud (fase C).
