Description

In De Maakfabriek, als onderdeel van het Leerpark Dordrecht worden start- en scale-ups gehuisvest en is er praktijkruimte voor bedrijven. Dit zijn innovatieve bedrijven die betrokken zijn bij de energietransitie, zoals bijvoorbeeld energiecoöperaties en bedrijven uit de installatiebranche. Tegenover de duurzaamheidsfabriek is een perceel van circa 6.600 m² beschikbaar waar ruimte is voor deze ontwikkeling. Het perceel is eigendom van de gemeente Dordrecht en kan in ieder geval voor 15 jaar huisvesting bieden. De genoemde periode van 15 jaar maakt het wenselijk om een gebouw te maken dat vooral functioneel is. Het gebouw dient te beschikken over een pragmatische, maar wel verzorgde architectuur die zich voegt in het geheel van de campus "Leerpark".. Zie volledige informatie in de leidraad.
