Havenbedrijf Rotterdam NV ontwikkelt op Distripark Maasvlakte West (TP MV West) een nieuwe beveiligde truckparking, met een capaciteit van 483 parkeerplaatsen voor vrachtwagens.  De truckparking wordt ontworpen met het ontwerp, materialisatie en de voorzieningen van ‘Truckparking Maasvlakte Plaza Zuid’ als voorbeeld. De parking wordt gerealiseerd op een greenfield locatie en zal aansluiten op de Adriatische Zeeweg. De pareerplaatsen worden civieltechnisch voorbereid op toekomstige laadinfra voor elektrische trucks. De scope van deze aanbesteding betreft het civiele- en het elektrotechnisch werkpakket. Daarnaast zal aannemer verantwoordelijk zijn voor raakvlakmanagement met een tweetal werkpakketten door derden (installeren servicegebouwen en toegangs- en betaalsystemen). Civiele scope: - grondwerk en aanpassing van de zaksloten op basis van een gesloten grondbalans; - realisatie van riolering (HWA/DWA), waterleiding, bluswatervoorziening, reguliere mantelbuizen (data, elektrisch netwerk) en trekputten; - aanleg van een netwerk van ’loze’ mantelbuizen en trekputten om in de toekomst alle parkeerplaatsen te voorzien van laadinfrastructuur voor elektrisch (nacht)laden; - verharding en belijning van de truckparking, met zwaardere verharding rondom de gate-area; - aanleg toegangsweg (Industrieweg type II 60 km/h) en realisatie nieuwe kruising met de bestaande Adriatische Zeeweg (Industrieweg type I 80 km/h), - plaatsing meubilair zoals o.a. spijlenhekwerken, cameramasten, picknickbanken, fundaties toegangssytemen, bebording en bewegwijzering (NBD) etc. - groen- en overige werkzaamheden. Elektrotechnische scope: - plaatsing diverse elektrakasten; - aanleg energievoorzieningen en installatie/netwerk voor alle truckparkingsobjecten die elektra nodig hebben, inclusief systemen derden; - aanbrengen verlichting; - aanleg reefer stopcontacten. Bovenstaande scope is een indicatie en kan nog worden aangepast danwel uitgebreid met andere voorkomende werkzaamheden ten behoeve van de ontwikkelingen van de parking.
